"New Appointment System is a nightmare"

When you’re ill and not had any sleep, feeling brain fog and need to get an appointment asap then this new system makes it 100 times more difficult, staff on reception are dismissive and somehow show an incapacity to appreciate sick people don’t feel well enough to fill in forms on line. They need an appointment, not a lesson in using a convoluted and time wasting online document. Whoever decided to develop and implement this system needs to consider the consequences of this on the patients of Lion Health. I am reasonably confident with online documents and I struggled because I feel ill and need personal service. Goodness knows how many patients go about getting their medical appointments. Absolutely dreadful!!!!
