"poor service"

About: Steyning Health Centre

They always make out so so busy, and use this as an excuse for very poor service, but go and sit in the waiting room, they sit and chat quite loudly (behind, what I believe they think are sound proof screens) about their daily lives, whats on tv at the moment they spent my whole appointment waiting time (yes you wait a while here) sorting a private payment issue out).

if book appointments in advance (so not to take the urgent ones away) they just cancel an hour before. all in all, lack of care and support. We don't really often need their services but on the very rare occasion we reach out they make you feel a nuisance.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience and that you felt let down by the level of service you received.

We understand how frustrating it can be when you're seeking support and don't feel listened to. Please be assured that we are committed to providing a respectful and caring service to all our patients, and it’s disappointing to hear we didn’t meet that standard for you on this occasion.

We’re aware that the reception area on the first floor can be noisy, and we’re currently in the process of having a soundproof wall installed to improve privacy and reduce distractions.

If you’d like to discuss your experience in more detail, we’d really welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly. Please feel free to contact us at sxicb-wsx.steyningmanager@nhs.net.
