About: Milman Road Surgery-Dr Mittal

Informed had to make a GP app to discuss daughter's blood results, no info eas given on the phone, no app offered but told to call 8am for a same day.

Had to go to Kennet Surgery 420pm as was only app could get outside school hrs. We arrived 3.55pm, a man who had app at 4pm turned up late at 4.09, was asked to wear a mask. He took mask, hung it from his ear as he walked up and down the waiting area, coughing and spluttering everywhere. Reception did not ask him to put on mask also didnt question why he was late yet he went in for his app. Another man whose app was 410pm didnt get to see GP until 440pm and we finally went in at 450pm. Asked reception why this happened as there are posters on the walls regarding late shows and waiting over app time and was rudely informed (whilst I was still talking)to 'ask the doctor, you are seeing the same one' repeatedly. She was rude, unhelpful and customer service is clearly not her forte.

Turns out another another receptionist had given me the wrong information regarding needing an appointment and info recieved could have been given over the phone.

Kennet Surgery is run down, disgusting and clearly do not care about its patients. Waste of GP time that all moan about and people wonder why the NHS is in the state it is in.
