It is almost impossible to get an appointment in the evening for people who work full time, which can be very difficult to leave work in the day time and having to make an on the day appointment, it took me 3 weeks to get an appointment and my work wasn’t happy that I had to leave work early. Which is very stressful on top of not feeling well, which should have been treated earlier, also not being able to get a telephone appointment, which would have been sufficient for treatment I needed
