"Hearing aid fault"

About: King's Mill Hospital

I attended the hospital today,without an appointment,as my hearing aids were not working,after being told,they could not be looked at today,i was referred to the Patient Experience Department, where explained my problem.

I was told then to return to Audiology, where a technician found that my right hearing aid stopped working,due to a microphone fault. He then replaced this part and adjusted the volume on my aids.

I am really grateful for the service that i eventually received from all the staff involved, as my hearing aids make my life so more enjoyable.
