As soon as it lunch time they never answer the phone for the rest of the day on various occasions.

I need an app for my mental health in advance due to my work and the rude receptionist wouldn’t help me with this.

My daughter came out in a rash today and 111 said they are sending them details now and they will see her within 2 hours. After being 1st in the Que for 40mins they finally answered and said they can’t help us!!! No regards for the fact my infant needed help or the fact 111 referred us and promised they’d see us.

Their Google reviews leave a lot to be desired also. The rude receptionist clearly needs investigating.

A detailed review confirms there were no 111 contacts around the period in question. Our telephone access is generally good, and we believe these comments relate to a different surgery. If this is not the case, please contact the surgery directly so we can investigate this matter further.
