(as a service user),

Seen by  Dr Berugoda, she was very professional and gave a clear explanation to me about the procedure. I was made to feel at ease throughout which was great as a hysteroscopy is quite intrusive.

She ensured at every stage that  I was comfortable and answered my questions in easy to understand language. 

She explained what was on the screen, when i asked. I found this helpful and reassuring. Lights were dimmed. This increased my comfort.

The healthcare support worker was kind and helpful too.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some lovely feedback of your recent experience you had at the Gynaecology clinic. A hysteroscopy is an invasive procedure and I am pleased you felt supported by our team.

I will ensure Dr Berugoda is made aware and I will also share this with the out-patient department to allow the HCSW to receive the feedback.
