"Being Listened To"

Being listened to is such a simple thing but often proves the hardest especially medically. So my interaction by telephone today with the Pharmacist was extremely welcome and productive. My concerns were listened to and the resulting action plan is one I fully welcome. I believe it is important that when the practice gets their approach right and aims to address the issues raised then it’s important that we, as patients, recognise and share that positivity. Roding Calley Medical Centre isn’t without its problems but when they strive to get things right that deserves respect.
