I visited for a check. Everyone was very kind and professional.
The receptionist booked me in efficiently. The doctor asked plenty of relevant questions to establish a diagnosis, and always explained why she needed to know things. She put me at my ease in a vulnerable situation and was as gentle as possible with her examination. The nurse who took my blood was friendly and competent.
Everyone was very clean with lots of hand washing, and there was no sense of judgement at any point.
Thank you to the staff, you're doing a hard job well. I hope you get better premises soon!
