"Cervical changes hpv"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I been having my smears done every 6 months as due to having cervical changes and my smears been coming back abnormal which was hpv  and that’s when I got refer to Grace Centre and having two biopsy taken which was scary at the time.

The grace centre staff were so lovely and caring and made me feel safe and reassured. Then my result came back to cn3 which hpv was changing my cells which I was worried about and had to have lLLET procedure on that day.

The lovely receptionist reassured me on that day and the staff at the beginning of April were amazing. Gail gynaecologist and lovely Rachel hca she was brilliant and lovely nurse who was in the room with me and lovely Irish consultant David they were great, can’t thank you enough and made me feel safe and ps. I won’t forget about the fake tan dye Ahahaha. I hope this will get back to the Grace Centre in Musgrove Park Hospital . It so important to have your smears test .

Thankyou so much

Dear Lorraine

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback which I will ensure is shared with Gail, Rachael, David and the whole team.

As you say it is really important we encourage women to attend for their smear tests, feedback such as this is fab to be able to share and hopefully reduce the anxiety for women.

With kind regards

Teresa.
