"Vote my Nurse/Nurse Practitioner for all Cervical…"

After having a horrific experience before with a Doctor insisting on using a medium speculum and persevering trying to use it, despite the pain I was in, bringing me to tears, I have been extremely wary of this process since. The nurse/nurse practitioner today doing my procedure today could not have been any better! She learned about my concerns, explained she would start with a tiny one and then move onto small. She was very calm and caring and took her time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I have never had a screening that has gone this well or been pain free or bleed free before, until now. 5 star customer/patient experience. Please allow her to train the GP’s - she’s a star! Additionally, she also addressed an outstanding issue relating to my coil and has helped move that forward by booking a telephone consultation with a GP for me.
