"Fantastic, empathetic and holistic"

My mother attends weekly for dressings. Her care has been nothing short of amazing. At all times she has been treated with the utmost respect, with empathy, understanding and professionalism. Her care has been carefully explained acknowledging her deafness, which she herself fails to acknowledge! Her care, when required, has been seamlessly transitioned from HCA, to nurse, to GP and referrals made as deemed necessary all within the one appointment. It genuinely was as if she was the only patient and quite obviously she is one of many 1000s. Any ‘outside appointment’ queries have been responded to by the reception team in a calm and caring manner.

As a carer I am truly grateful for the service provided by Vine Medical Group to my elderly mother. Thank you all so much
