About: Localities Intensive Services / TEC Services (Telecare and Telehealth)

(as a carer),

My wife and I have been dependent on local health & care services since last Christmas. My wife has cancer & I am her sole carer.

The services offered - Telecare, home carer visits and nursing services - have been exemplary. We have been humbled by the efficiency & good nature of all staff involved. We cannot fault the service and are extremely grateful for everything.

We have also been the recipients of machinery- including a bed and toilet - all delivered with great efficiency & helpfulness by a Glasgow company.

We have no complaints but would have appreciated if our care visits could have been more equally spaced. That said we fully appreciate the heavy workloads of the staff & the needs of other people. I have no objections to my details being made public.
