My Therapist was Susan and I definatly struct gold.

She was warm and welcoming and very patient with me, It took me a while to really open up but once I did I was comfortable to share what had happened in my life from childhood up until recent years. I felt that I could really trust susan and found it easy to talk.

Christmas 2023 I was in one of the darkest places I've ever been in, which now i know was due to a lot of Trauma that I hadn't processed. It's like everything just hit me but i wasn't able to understand why I felt so low.

I self refered myself to inclusion thurrock and I'm so glad that I did.

A big thank you for a great service with great people.
