Once again I had a positive experience at the hands of Ken driving for NIAS. The atmosphere was friendly and there was good chat with my two fellow passengers... but could NIAS not make better use of  vehicle space ... cram in a few more ... leave a wee bit earlier to accommodate collecting the extra passengers ... a 16 seater ?  But, thanks Ken.
