(as a service user),

I am very impressed with the treatment I have received. The staff have been outstanding! The staff are working under a lot of pressure. I feel very lucky for the help from all staff. I am very grateful to be going back home :)

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided within Ward 3E, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I sorry to hear that you required admission to hospital following a stroke. I can only imagine how scary and anxious this must have been for you. However, it is reassuring to know that you found the staff to be outstanding and that you were very impressed by the treatment you received.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients, and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Ward. I know they will be delighted to receive this feedback and to know that you felt so well supported whilst you were with them.
