It’s now become very difficult to reach reception over phone. Nobody picks up whenever I call. I tried multiple times earlier as well.

Dear Patient, I am sorry you are experiencing such trouble getting through on our phones. We have recently installed a new call back service and all of our care navigators are provided with monitoring screens that show how many calls are waiting. This new service allows you the option to choose a call back which keeps you in the calling queue without loosing your place. Please try this new facility and you should not have any problem contacting the team. Kind regards
