"I am truly appalled by the lack of care or concern"

My wife has been waiting for an appointment for two years. She is in constant pain and has to take strong pain killers three or four times a day. She does everything possible to help herself -  exercise, diet, and trying to keep positive. 

She was seen by someone in neurology in November 2024 and told she needed a follow-up, but despite many promises from staff, still she waits.

Trying to contact the department is almost impossible, there is never any answer when calling, despite, literally dozens and dozens of attempts. When on the rare occasions we do get an answer, promises are made but never followed up.

I am truly appalled by the lack of care or concern. If I knew a way to do it I would commence legal action.
