After a long time trying to book a appointment, today at 9:26 they called me back and after a quick chat with the woman over the phone I did mention that the service that they provide is poor, she got offended and refuses to book my appointment. I think this is quite unfair.
Hope they check their phone calls as is all recorded and this is a sing of a very poor customer service.
