"Everyone was nice and supportive"

I was offered this group and was apprehensive at first, but really came away with valuable tips on how to regulate my emotions and understand what I was feeling and why.

I was at an all time low and there is no feeling worse like your going mad!

My therapists Joe and Natilie are both amazing and have made an impact on my healing journey and thank this service that has potentially saved my life.

They provided me with a safe space to open up which hasn’t always been there for me.

The thought of group sessions scared me but I gave it a go and really glad I did, listening to other people who are struggling just like you helped me and everyone was nice and supportive.

I can’t thank them enough this service is making a difference and I’m proof of that.

I’m going to be doing some 1-1 therapy in a few months to work some more on my Traumas so please keep this service going it really is making a difference.
