I recently spent time on Lowen Ward at Treliske and wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for the outstanding care I received. The staff consistently went above and beyond what I expected, and their kindness and professionalism made a real difference during my stay.

Nurses Christal and Patricia stood out for their attentiveness and teamwork – they are a true credit to the NHS. Health carer Lou Ella was incredibly reassuring, professional, and, most importantly, kind - exactly the kind of support you need during vulnerable moments.

I also want to mention a staff member in green, Simon, who was particularly intelligent and informative. His knowledge and clear communication were very reassuring.

Thank you all for making a difficult time much easier. Your compassion and dedication should never go unnoticed.
