Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us, we are always very grateful to receive feedback as these can help shape our services.
I can see by your story that you felt listened to and that you felt that you mattered which is very important with regards to you journey with OT.
You have used some picture tiles where you feel we can be better with regards to being given time and future plans and this is something we can work on.
