"Kind and genuinely cared about me"

(as the patient),

Getting access to an abortion, I was absolutely terrified walking into the clinic but the people there were so lovely. Everyone there was smiley, kind and seemed to genuinely care about me. So grateful to the ladies that helped me today. The people there are what made the whole thing a positive experience.
