"I found the experience wholly satisfactory"

About: General practices in Fife

(as the patient),

Following several high scores on liver function blood tests my GP asked me to make an appointment to speak to him regarding this. I made an appointment  for the next day and met the doctor for the first time.

Dr Stewart was very welcoming, reassuring and thorough in our discussion of my case and also in examining me and suggesting next steps.

I was put completely at my ease throughout and feel confident in the process to be followed. As someone who very rarely  visits the doctor I found the experience wholly satisfactory.

Hello HappyC72C

My name is Shelley McBain and I am the interim Service Manager for Primary Care. I am very pleased that you had a positive experience at your GP Practice and that Dr Stewart put you at ease during your consultation. I would like to pass this feedback onto Dr Stewart. Could I please ask that you drop me an email (shelley.mcbain2@nhs.scot) to advise which GP practice you visited, and I will ensure this is passed on.

Thank you for sharing your story, and take care

Shelley
