"Felt unsupported"

I was referred here through my GP. Didnt feel listened to in my face-to-face appointment, to then find out through a voicemail they were discharging me, despite only having one appointment with them that lasted very minimal time. Left feeling very disheartened as i've been let down before for support with my mental health, and it has happened once again.
