"Power hungry"

I was referred here for a phobia. I explained my situation and had a few sessions. There ended being a diagnosis that should never have been given but Then I remained open even with the original therapist letter.

When I challenged the third in line manager about this, she did not have an answer and then provided to ask me if I was about to come to some harm. Quite clearly I wasn't as I don't suffer with any form of MH to suggest such and when I told her that and actually she needed to stop harassing me on the phone, to make a point she contacted the my GP for a welfare call which I never gave permission to. However, the GP had informed her that this should not have been done as I was not in crisis. This was all to make her point of my reason being under than which I had told them was incorrect and they needed to read the referral.

Thankfully my Dr is aware of this situation and understand me. What dissapointments me about the service is this was a personal attack to make a point as the manager knew that they had the incorrect information and instead of working with me to resolve it, wanted to be right and didn't want to stop at nothing.

I sincerely hope that this manager is deal with appropriately and the right outcome happens for her.
