"I now feel totally reassured"

I have just had my bovine valve checked after a practice nurse at my gp surgery told me she was concerned about the noise. 

Karen put me at ease from the get go and gave me a thorough check with  all angles of the valve covered.  Paul her supervisor came in at the end to double check. He too was very professional and also put me at ease.

I now feel totally reassured that there is no apparent issues with the valve.
