I want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and appreciate the care given by Mathew from the Orthoptist service within shsct. Following some problems I experienced with the service my son received within the shsct.

Mathew rang me personally to rectify. Your expertise, patience, and compassionate approach with me as a concerned parent of one of your patients truly stand out and make a lasting impact.

Your attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and kindly have brought reassurance and confidence to me as a parent. It’s clear you are deeply committed to your profession.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a kind and positive interaction you have had with our service. It is very hear warming to hear how Matthew was able to take some time to talk through your concerns and how this has had a lasting impact.
