"Do not use this Doctors!"

I have been a patient at Wellbrook for years and have now had to re-register with another Practice after being bitterly disappointed in their service. Despite phoning at their opening times, you get put into an automatic queue and you’re always over number 10. You request a callback and that doesn’t get put through for hours. They’re always “at capacity” despite having emergency appointments available. The earliest you can see a GP is two/three weeks, by which point your medical concern has either got worse or gone away. Hospitals/111 seem to refer back to GP’s on a regular basis, however seeing anyone is a huge task at Wellbrook - a true symbol of how the service is failing. When concerns were raised to the Practice Manager she is nothing but rude and condescending, she doesn’t listen to issues let alone try to resolve them and puts the phone down on you. The level of professionalism is absolutely shocking. From speaking to fellow Hilton residents the majority of people have the same issues. I would not recommend this Practice at all and from researching other nearby Practices you should definitely go to one of those - the reviews say it all.
