About: The Ulster Hospital / Respiratory Hub

(as the patient),

This was my first visit to the respiratory hub and I found that from start to finish the staff were very friendly and professional.  The environment makes you feel comfortable and cared for. 

During my appointment I felt listened to and it was ensured that I understood what was being said and the time was taken to properly explain everything.  I came away from the appointment happy and reassured.
