"Kind and considerate care"

About: Community Therapy Services / Bassetlaw Community Therapy

(as a service user),

I was referred to the service when I was discharged from hospital after a 3 week stay. Debbie was absolutely amazing(!)  She quickly got in touch with the handyman service to come and fit a handrail on my stairs and a grab rail in my toilet.  The handyman contacted us after a few days.

She checked all my equipment to see if I had sufficient equipment in place and provided a perching stool which is perfect for my needs.  She also referred me to the wheelchair service as the wheelchair that I already had wasn't sufficient for my needs.

Debbie was very kind and caring and she speedily contacted my GP to get in touch to help me as I was in a considerable amount of pain.  The service overall was absolutely fantastic.

Thank you so much for your kind and considerate care.
