4 months trying to change same drug but different name. On my prescription to obtain from outside pharmacy. Due too Pfizer memo there sent worldwide too all about drug name being discontinued and using new license name advising too change for patients, but still 4month down the line even thou I have done everything too get it changed from visits phone email even pharmacy has done this too but still even thou it's on the record cannot be bothered too change prescription and still put old name on. So lazy and incompetent. Enough is enough when I speak and again frustrated with them and ask again for an appointment too see doctor there is no appointments so going round in circles when you repeat asking both get frustrated has no ending or too see doctor. Patients say why is it so hard I need an appointment but no so although there go round and round we get impatient and there put phone down after 20mins waiting too get through again and repeat the issue. What a mess
