"My thrush struggle"

I struggled with thrush for years. It was very bad and I tried every method to treat it but nothing worked- I thought this would be a permanent thing I’d have to deal with. When I started having BV too It became unbearable and I couldn’t socialise or have a life outside of constantly feeling uncomfortable and smelly. It made me feel very self conscious and my sex life became none existent.

I eventually got the courage to seek help from the sexual health clinic and the dr was amazing. She just got it and she didn’t make me feel any different about it- which was nice. She started me on a plan and within the first week I saw improvements. I followed the plan and I’ve been thrush free for over a month now. This is the longest time I’ve been thrush free for without signs of it reoccurring.

The dr literally changed my life and I feel so much happier and confident about myself without constantly wondering if someone else can smell me.
