I had a profoundly disappointing experience with the receptionist. Her behaviour was marked by rudeness, a lack of professionalism, and condescension, which made our interaction quite unpleasant. She refused to introduce herself or share her name, stating it was unnecessary, and expressed her discomfort with being addressed as 'darling' or 'my dear,' claiming it felt patronizing. It was evident that she lacked interest in her role and was neglectful towards patients, which is completely unacceptable. Rather than being helpful, she appeared dismissive and indifferent, leading to a frustrating experience overall.
The GP centre claims to uphold a zero-tolerance policy for staff behaviour, yet it seems patients are left to endure neglect, bullying, and harassment from their employees. Unfortunately, when I raised my concerns with the practice manager, he also showed a lack of interest, and my complaint was disregarded.
