I have tried to get Typhoid injection 6 weeks now,finally given up went to boot's, filled in all paperwork handed it to reception, went to practice on two occasions to enquire, still waiting. What is point in filling in paperwork with phone numbers & Email address if practice can't be bothered to reply

Dear Patient,

I am sorry that we have not contacted you with regards to a Typhoid injection. I am pleased you have been able to get this at a Pharmacy. We do try and prioritise our workload and on occasions there are services with more capacity than the practice. I will pass on your comments to the nurse and hope she can contact all patients waiting to be seen
