"I finally have clarity"

About: Community Mental Health Teams / Newry South Armagh CMHT

(as a service user),

I have been battling with my mental health from my teenage years. I lacked the support network I so desperately needed so often found the bad cycles repeating themselves. I have been going to therapy for years with little to no progress, but after working with Claire I finally have clarity. I felt so seen which was vital for me, I’ve often been misunderstood so this was a real turning point for me.
