About: Dementia and Older Persons Mental Health

(as a relative),

My dad was originally admitted to the Royal Cornwall Hospital with a suspected stroke. 

Shortly thereafter his mental health plummeted to rock bottom and he was referred onto Liaison (RCHT).

Every member of the Liaison team were professional, friendly and showed empathy, compassion and dignity. 
As a family we cannot thank Liaison (RCHT) enough for the wonderful care you gave to dad and for always being there for us at such a distressing time.
