"Referal for treatment"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

My care is ongoing to an extent, with a nurse specialist who said a referral to a specialist unit for treatment supposedly sent end of February.

Trying to chase referral with centre, who state they haven’t received the referral, was told it would be chased up and still no referral or update received from anyone.

Trying to speak to anyone is like trying to climb a mountain with no equipment, my care at King's Mill has been lax to say the least. I appreciate that departments are busy, however to be kept up to date or informed of what is actually happening with my care would be an advantage.
