About: Emergency Medicine / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I went to the emergency department with a locked knee and was in a lot of pain. I was seen in a friendly, professional and timely manner. I was listened to and helped to feel very comfortable and relaxed with the situation I was in. I was given gas and air in order to help with the pain and to help straighten out my knee.
