"Service was second to none"

About: Western General Hospital / Oncology

(as a service user),

I had to use the Cancer Treatment Helpline and to go to the cancer assessment unit in Edinburgh Western General Hospital several times, the service was second to none.

Consequently to my last visit I was admitted in Ward 2. I would like to thank and compliment the staff for their professionalism and caring attitude. Nothing is ever too much, they take time to talk to you, always professional but also loads of smiles. This can be said about each member of staff, from Managers to Nurses to assistants and to cleaners.

It’s spotless and everyone is friendly, skilled, professional and caring.
