"Food service on the ward "

I was bitterly disappointed today. I am on a ward. And I got told that I had a scan to go to, the porter picked me up and took me for it and brought me back. Whilst I was away, dinner was served up and on my table. Because I had been away for my scan, all my dinner and cup of tea was stone cold. I asked the food staff if they could re-heat it for me and they said they couldn't. So it was all thrown away. Later on I passed the kitchen and saw that they had a microwave. So why couldn't they re-heat it? I was left with no dinner.
