"Seaton & District League of Friends"

About: Seaton Hospital

(as a relative),

My father is in his 90s and recently passed away in his own home with the care of the nursing team from Seaton and District League of Friends.  His wish was that he was able to remain in his own home and not go into hospital.  With their help we were able to achieve this.  They were on call night and day and provided all the nursing care needed for him.  They were an amazing support also for my Sister and myself which enabled us to care for him in his own home with their help. We will forever be grateful for their service.

Dear JASM

Please can I start by offering condolences on the recent death of your father. Can I also thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback at what I am sure will have been a difficult time for you and your family. I am glad to hear that with the teams support you were able to fulfil your fathers wishes to remain in his home.

Please be assured that I have passed your kind words on to Jo, the nursing team manager and she will share your feedback with the whole team. She appreciated your feedback and was glad to hear that you found the team supportive.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback.

Kind regards

Lisa
