"Compassionate care and support"

I was referred to the condition management programme as I was off work suffering with stress and secondary health anxiety relating to my child's diagnosis of a life changing medical condition.

I met with facilitators Harry and Seamus  who were welcoming, approachable and non judgemental. They listened and responded with empathy and patience. It was the first time anyone acknowledged my worries and fears were real and valid.

They recognised the impact on my emotional well being and health. Seamus went above and beyond to seek further support that could increase my knowledge and confidence managing my child's condition.

An individual plan was devised and tailored to support my emotional and physical well being. Thank you for the compassionate, care and support shown. I have since been able to return to work and would highly recommend this programme.
