About: The Ulster Hospital / Audiology

(as a service user),

I attended Audiology for a hearing aid repair appointment. Was seen by Scott. Taken about 2 minutes after my appointment time which was great. Scott was very pleasant, diagnosed the issue with one of my hearing aids quickly and provided me with 2 new aids as my aids were no longer issued. He answered all my questions, gave me a new supply of batteries etc. Very impressed.
