"Concerns about my child's health were just dismissed"

I wish to share feedback about a staff member who works out of the Acorn Centre at Antrim Area Hospital in relation to my son. I recently attended an appointment with my son, with this staff member. I had a lot of concerns regarding my child's health which were just dismissed. I tried numerous times to explain my concerns but unfortunately was either continuously spoken over or my concerns were disregarded. I explained how my son had not been well and his own GP had concerns with regards to his health to which I was advised that the GP does not know what to do with him and will just give him medication for the sake of it. I was also given the impression that if my husband had been in attendance instead of myself, he may have been treated differently. I do not think the person we saw respected me nor do I think that my son's health was taken seriously. I would be grateful if somebody could respond. Many thanks.
