Excellent care and compassion offered by the staff within RACH ED / Surgical ward during a recent admission for my daughter who had a nasty fall. During admission the ED staff, nurses, orthopaedics, neurology and general surgeons were so caring and empathetic to us as parents, and my teenage daughter who was scared and anxious.
Very hard being the parent and not the nurse but felt so relaxed, supported and most of all my daughter was well cared for.

Thank you so much for taking the time to send this positive feedback. It really does make a huge impact on the staff to know that what they do is well received and makes a difference to the families we see.
