(as the patient),

The check-up in the Burns Unit for proper wound dressing and correct cream application. (Ward 2E of Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast) went super smooth with no waiting time as all the required staff were ready, did the job professionally with great advice and super fast. And Thanks for the coffee to Lauren, Shirley and Phil !
