"Improved my quality of life"

About: Podiatry / Community Podiatry – Nottingham City

(as a service user),

I had been suffering for a number of years with plantar fasciitis and perineal tendonitis amongst other issues. With my feet stuff I booked an appointment with the our staff physio service and had a really helpful consultation, the outcome of which was a referral to a podiatrist. During my appointment with podiatry I was able to explain my problems and my exercise goals. I felt really well listened to. The outcome was some orthotic inserts for my shoes and literally since day one of wearing them I have been pain free. I am able to exercise as I would like and feel this has improved my quality of life. What a great service.
