"Trying to book an appointment after a referral"

About: Yeovil District Hospital / Physiotherapy Outpatient

(as the patient),

I was very recently referred to a clinic for physiotherapy. I had to choose a clinic, there was no choice, it had to be YDH. So, I selected this option, then to be advised that there were no dates available for treatment and to select another option! What more can I say?!
