"We felt hopeful that their services could help"

About: Specialist Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Services / Herefordshire Community Learning Disabilities Team

(as a carer),

This was an introduction visit where we were told about the service what they did, what they could offer etc. we were asked about what we hoped to achieve and information was gathered about our young person to help develop a plan moving forward.

We were listened to, questions were answered and we felt hopeful that their services could help and support us in our goal.

Hello,

I am very pleased to hear that the introductory visit and initial assessment with the team was beneficial and that you felt listened to and supported and that you continue to feel this way whilst working together towards the planned goal. This lovely feedback will be shared with the whole team at the next team meeting. Thank you for sharing.
